The Trustees of Halberton Village Hall are justifiably very proud of being awarded Hallmark levels 1, 2 & 3.  Level 3 is the highest award possible and we are very proud that we have achieved level 3 which will mean our Village Hall is a quality community building which is well managed and fully compliant with all statutory legislation.
