Trustees meet once a month in the Committee or Jubilee room.
​
Meetings are held provided the committee is quorate and minutes are taken of all meetings.
Proposals are voted upon by trustees present and majority decisions implemented.
​
Trustees meet once a year in the Jubilee room to ratify the audited accounts and hold the AGM. AGMs are publicised via the Halberton village Newsletter as well as posters placed around the village.
​
During the AGM, group representatives are appointed as Trustees and officiers are elected to serve on the Management Committee as Chairman, Vice Chairman, Treasurer and Secretary.
